FAQs
Do you accept walk-ins?
If possible, we are always happily accepting walk-ins. If you are requesting a walk-in, please call 585-473-2787 to discuss availability, or send us an email with a description of what you’d like and photo references. We will respond faster if we have a visual reference.
Where should I park?
We have limited spaces available in front of our building and we humbly ask that you do not park there as these spaces are leased by the High Falls Business District, not Pyramid Arts Tattoo. We recommend:
High Falls Parking Garage, which has entrances on both Mill and State Street. About a 5 minute walk. $2 per hour with a maximum of $10.
A metered parking spot on Platt Street, Mill Street, Browns Race, or Commercial Street. Between a 1-5 minute walk. $2/hour
If you select the latter, save yourself some time and download the Passport Parking app, which is how you will pay. It will ask for the zone number and space number indicated on the front of the meter.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We sell them in person, in any amount. Please stop by and we are happy to assist you. Alternatively, if you’re looking to mail a gift card we are happy to assist you over the phone at 585-473-2787 or through email at pyramidartstattoo@gmail.com
I’m on a wait-list with an artist, now what do i do?
You can sit back and relax. Once placed on a wait-list, the artist will review your project based on a predetermined timeline. After your project has been reviewed, our counter staff will reach out via email with the status of your request.
Can your shop accommodate those with disabilities?
Spread over two floors, Pyramid’s waiting room is located on the first floor while the tattoo stations are on the second. If you require a wheelchair for mobility reasons, please let us know so that we can best support you. If you are hard of hearing, please reach out through email if that is your preferred contact. Service animals are welcome.
Does your shop do piercings?
Unfortunately, our artists exclusively offer tattoing services. There are plenty of great piercing studios in the area.
